We went paddle boarding with Anu and Vicky and the experience was even better than our expectations. The morning was incredibly well organised without being too 'processed' or methodical -... read more we were welcomed, had our safety briefing and given some key tips without ever feeling like "organised fun" Both Anu and Vicky are incredibly personal and engaging, each with their own great sense of humour which definitely added to the experience! The paddled along the canal past the Zoo which meant we got to spot African Wild Dogs and Warthogs, while also getting a unique perspective of London. A great way to spend a morning; maybe have a different date, or even just see London in a different way. Oh, and they take LOADS of photos so you can enjoy the experience and be in the moment. DO IT!

Jen was amazing. I have been teaching for twenty years and can tell you that she is a natural teacher, she talked me through every part of the 1.5 hours we spent together both before we got on the water, and on the water.

If you have never done this before; Do It! It's fun, healthy and the best thing I have ever done for my mind.

Earlier this week I joined a paddle boarding class and session. I have never done this activity before and felt both excited and a little anxious at the same time.... read more There was a small group of attendees and we were met by instructors: Jen and Anu. They were great company and really made this experience memorable. We were provided with equipment and practical information on how to use SUP. They told some anecdotes about their own recent experiences. We also got a bit of a guided tour of the canal with interesting facts. The instructors took lots of fantastic pictures of the group which were shared with us later. At the end of the session I could not believe how easy and relaxing it felt. I highly recommend Paddleboarding London to anyone who would like to try out SUP.

While we learned to both kneel and stand, there was no pressure to... read more stay standing if you were more comfortable kneeling. There were just three of us including Anu, so we had nice conversation and a peaceful trip down the canal. She also took photos, so we didn't have to worry about that! I'd highly recommend.
