Every month the moon goes through its phases – waning and waxing in continual transformation from New Moon to Full Moon and back again. When it’s Full Moon, the moon is behind Earth with respect to the sun, its face is fully illuminated. Throughout times, the movement of the moon has been used to keep track of the passing year and set schedules for hunting, planting and harvesting. Age-old cultures have named full moons based on what is happening in nature during that month.
Come join us for a moonlit paddle down Regent’s Canal. Paddleboarding at night is an experience not to be missed and the energy of Full Moon is very powerful – this is a time of positive opportunity.
