Monthly group doggy paddles – join the fun
The only thing better than paddleboarding in London is paddleboarding in London with your dog. SUP is a great dog-friendly sport and with a bit of encouragement most dogs will love being on board to explore. We offer two options for paddling with your pup at any of our locations. If your dog is new to paddling and/or you want to introduce them to paddling in a new environment then we can offer a private sup session for you and your pooch (and another human friend if you like). Private sessions are great if you’ve not paddled with them in a while or you want to see how they are paddling in public. Once you and your pooch are confident on board you can join our monthly dog paddle social sessions in Hackney.
Our SUP with PUP sessions help to support the amazing work of our friends at Dogs 4 Rescue in Manchester. Their amazing kennel-free dog rescue helps some of our most scared and shut-down dogs to rehabilitate by using the power of the dog pack. If you’re not familiar with their work please do visit their website and follow their Instagram and Facebook. Every booking with us will include a donation to Dogs 4 Rescue so bring your pup along for a paddle and you’ll be helping to support their vital work.
Get on Board with Paddleboarding London – Dog Friendly Paddles
Got a dog who loves to SUP? Or one you’d like to introduce to the sport? You’ve found the perfect place.
You can bring your SUP dog along for two types of session:
Private Lessons are available all year round at any of our locations. They are 90 minute sessions for you, your dog and you can bring along another human too (16+) if you wish. These are great if you’re new to paddling with your dog and/or new to paddling along the canal. Paddling in a busy urban environment is not like paddleboarding in other places. There are many distractions for dogs, and particularly in Camden, the canal itself is busy with other water users so your pooch will have to learn not to jump off the board. Please note, the safety of you and your dog is always of utmost importance so if we deem the conditions not suitable for carrying on with the lesson for any reason then we’ll either reschedule or refund your booking. The cost for a private session is £130 for one or two adults and a dog. Your pooch will need their own BA. If you do not have one you’ll need to notify us in time so we can have one available on the day.
Dog Friendly SUP Socials are held monthly in Hackney on the first Sunday of every month. They are group sessions of up to 10 paddlers and their pups. Please note, these sessions are open to non-dog paddlers as well. Sessions are 90 minutes and head east towards Victoria Park so there are no locks involved. The cost varies (there are discounts for club members) with prices starting at £18. These sessions are for experienced paddlers only, they do not involve paddleboarding instruction, though there will be a coach with you on the water.
Private Lessons and Dog Friendly SUP Socials are all available as gift vouchers too – they make a great gift for anyone.

It can, and often does, rain quite a bit in London. As an outdoor activity provider that operates from April – October, we do continue to hold lessons in wet weather when it is safe to do so. This policy outlines our weather, cancellation and rescheduling policy which is strictly enforced and forms a part of our standard booking agreement.
PADDLEBOARDING LONDON’S RESPONSIBILITIES
We monitor the weather daily to actively ensure that we can operate under safe conditions. If the forecast is looking questionable we will take a final decision 24 hours before any session start time, based on the Met Office forecast and the following criteria:
High probability for heavy rain (eg 90% chance of heavy rain during the session time)
Thunderstorms
Constant wind speeds ≥15mph
Wind gusts ≥ 30 mph
In cases where we deem it necessary to cancel a session we will contact you by email and/or mobile to reschedule your session. If you are not able to provide a date to reschedule we will issue you a voucher, valid for 12 months, to rebook at another time. Refunds may be requested but the default position is to reschedule all bookings.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
By booking a session with us online (including use of gift vouchers) or by paying for a booking through online invoice you are indicating you have read and accept these terms.
RESCHEDULING PERIOD
We allow bookings to be rescheduled for any reason with 72+ hours notice. You can manage your booking by using the link sent on your booking confirmation and changing your scheduled date/time. After this time, all bookings are considered final and there is no rescheduling, however you may make substitutions at any time.
We do operate a waiting list and we are sometimes able to fill spaces with last minute availability, so if you are unable to attend and wish us to open the spaces to others please get in touch. If we do fill the spaces we will issue you with a voucher code to rebook at another time but there is no guarantee that we will be able to fill the spaces.

ANY OTHER CANCELLATIONS
In the event of an enforced Government lockdown due to a pandemic on the date of your booking, Paddleboarding London reserves the right to provide you with a voucher code for use of the services on another date for when the lockdown has been lifted and Paddleboarding London is able to operate normally.
