Ready to take your yoga practice to the next level?  SUP Yoga is a great way to increase your balance and focus while still having fun in the process.  Suitable for all levels, our SUP Yoga sessions are a mixture of Hatha and Flow Yoga, with a bit of play around time at the end to explore your own edges.

We offer public classes, private lessons, group events from our beautiful St Katharine Docks marina location near Tower Bridge.
