It's just so peaceful out on the canal, gliding between the geese and enjoying the beautiful sunshine. Difficult to believe that we were in the middle of one of the busiest cities in the world. I have never done this activity before and felt both excited and a little anxious at the same time.... read more There was a small group of attendees and we were met by instructors: Jen and Anu. They were great company and really made this experience memorable. We were provided with equipment and practical information on how to use SUP. They told some anecdotes about their own recent experiences. We also got a bit of a guided tour of the canal with interesting facts. The instructors took lots of fantastic pictures of the group which were shared with us later. At the end of the session I could not believe how easy and relaxing it felt. I highly recommend Paddleboarding London to anyone who would like to try out SUP.

Euphoric and Zen are possible two words that come to mind. Jen was amazing. I have been teaching for twenty years and can tell you that she is a natural teacher, she talked me through every part of the 1.5 hours we spent together both before we got on the water, and on the water.
