There’s never been a better time to join SUP & Social, central London’s largest SUP club.  With three permanent locations and club sessions running all year round, we’ve got something on for everyone.

Club sessions run weekly from Camden and Hackney all year round

All levels and abilities are welcome.  Whether a social SUPer or a Power Paddler, you’ll find others at your speed in our diverse group.

Join our social paddles including our Full Moon paddles, Paddle 2 the Pub and Paddle and Prosecco – plus Halloween and Santa SUPs too.

Club swaps run April through October, where our members are able to attend club sessions at other local clubs in places like Windsor, Cambridge, Oxford and more.

We have world-class top athletes visiting our club to offer Skills Clinics – a perfect chance to improve your paddle power.

Upskill your SUP Skills with our weekly skills focussed sessions including: speed, race skills, moving around your board, tricks, turns and games

Join SUP Yoga sessions at St Katharine Docks at exclusive club rates.

Club members can hire boards at St Katharine Docks and from 2024, Islington without any formal instruction

Discounts on sessions for friends and family

Discounts on Training including British Canoeing qualifications for First Aid, Water Safety and Instructor courses.
