We can accommodate corporate groups from 6 people up to 50+. For groups over 20, we’ll split into smaller paddling groups with multiple instructors running concurrently. Larger groups have the option for mixed craft or starting in multiple locations. 

If your event is more than two weeks away then we ask for a deposit to hold your preferred date/time. Then two weeks before the big day we’ll ask you to confirm your final numbers and pay the balance due. This way, you only confirm the spaces you need. Payments can be done online or we can invoice as required. 

Yes. We provide a full risk assessment, method statement and public liability insurance certificate (£10m) as standard on all corporate bookings, everything your H&S team will need.

All participants need to feel comfortable in and around the water and be able to comfortably float. 

No problem at all! Most birthday groups include people at all different ability levels. Our instructors are brilliant at getting first-timers standing and paddling confidently within the first 15 minutes. We adapt the session to the group, not the other way around

The earlier the better but for groups of 20+ we recommend 4–6 weeks. Smaller groups can often be accommodated with 2 weeks’ notice, especially mid-week. Get in touch and we’ll check availability.

We paddle in most weather — wetsuits mean a light shower doesn’t stop the session. If conditions are genuinely unsafe (high winds or thunderstorms), we’ll contact you as early as possible to rearrange at no extra cost. We never cancel without a good reason and always work with you to find an alternative date.
