Jen provides a short lesson at the beginning with landspace to practice the paddles and board tricks until you get comfortable. I definitively recomend it, especially if you never paddleboarded before! It is basically impossible to get wet and fall or have a bad experience. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and interesting. They really made me feel at ease and made it such an enjoyable experience. At 1 point I headed towards some nettles and panicked but was immediately helped and guided back in the right direction. They even took photos which were sent to us by email free of charge. The paddled along the canal past the Zoo which meant we got to spot African Wild Dogs and Warthogs, while also getting a unique perspective of London. A great way to spend a morning; maybe have a different date, or even just see London in a different way. Oh, and they take LOADS of photos so you can enjoy the experience and be in the moment. Jen was amazing. I have been teaching for twenty years and can tell you that she is a natural teacher, she talked me through every part of the 1.5 hours we spent together both before we got on the water, and on the water.
