The morning was incredibly well organised without being too 'processed' or methodical -... read more we were welcomed, had our safety briefing and given some key tips without ever feeling like "organised fun" Both Anu and Vicky are incredibly personal and engaging, each with their own great sense of humour which definitely added to the experience! The paddled along the canal past the Zoo which meant we got to spot African Wild Dogs and Warthogs, while also getting a unique perspective of London. A great way to spend a morning; maybe have a different date, or even just see London in a different way. Oh, and they take LOADS of photos so you can enjoy the experience and be in the moment. DO IT!

The statistic is that. 1/20 do and it's not a problem, but basically everyone stays dry.

I have never done this activity before and felt both excited and a little anxious at the same time.... read more There was a small group of attendees and we were met by instructors: Jen and Anu. They were great company and really made this experience memorable. We were provided with equipment and practical information on how to use SUP. They told some anecdotes about their own recent experiences. We also got a bit of a guided tour of the canal with interesting facts. The instructors took lots of fantastic pictures of the group which were shared with us later. At the end of the session I could not believe how easy and relaxing it felt. I highly recommend Paddleboarding London to anyone who would like to try out SUP.

My friend & I went paddleboarding for the first time to celebrate her birthday. We were a bit worried about falling in. The 2 ladies were amazing from start to... read more finish. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and interesting. They really made me feel at ease and made it such an enjoyable experience. At 1 point I headed towards some nettles and panicked but was immediately helped and guided back in the right direction. They even took photos which were sent to us by email free of charge. We will be going back. (No one fell in thanks to the instructions) 🙂 🙂 🙂

I went today for my first paddleboarding session and lesson with Jen and only wish I could find words for how amazing and awesome it was. Euphoric... read more and Zen are possible two words that come to mind.

Jen was amazing. I have been teaching for twenty years and can tell you that she is a natural teacher, she talked me through every part of the 1.5 hours we spent together both before we got on the water, and on the water.

If you have never done this before; Do It! It's fun, healthy and the best thing I have ever done for my mind.

Jen, thank you so much, you are brilliant and I look forward to our next session.

Jen was the perfect teacher and also canal guide, showing us around. I visited with a couple of friends and we had little as no experience paddling before and it... read more was so much fun! Jes was patient in holding our board while practicing standing up. The part I liked the most was the view of the London zoo, simply amazing. Jen provides a short lesson at the beginning with landspace to practice the paddles and board tricks until you get comfortable. I definitively recomend it, especially if you never paddleboarded before! It is basically impossible to get wet and fall or have a bad experience. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
