Our two SUPer central locations in Camden Town at St Katharine Docks offer beautiful settings and good conditions for learning to paddle or seeing London from a different perspective.
Group Paddleboarding Lesson - 90 Minutes | Camden
This is a friendly, relaxed paced paddle that takes in the basics of how to paddleboard, how to stay safe on board and then heading out for a good time. Best for: first timers, relaxed paddlers & those looking for a beautiful scenic SUP. Available April-October.
Supervised SUP | St Katharine Docks
The closest we come to ‘board hire’, supervised SUP is a session on the water for experienced paddlers to grab a board and do their own thing. We’ll have an instructor on the water but you’re free to explore, work on your skills, or even grab lunch on board. Best for: experienced SUPers looking to get on the water for exercise or leisure. Available April-October.
Full Moon Paddles - 90 Minutes | Camden
Come join us for a moonlit paddle down Regent’s Canal. Paddleboarding at night is an experience not to be missed! Best for: experienced paddlers who are confident navigating. Available all year round & through SUP Club
SUP Ownership 101 | Camden
A private 90-minute session for new SUP owners and those considering buying a paddleboard on how to get onto the water safely and efficiently. Bring your own SUP kit or use ours. Best for: those looking to buy their own board or new paddleboard owners. Available all year round.
Paddle & Prosecco - 2 Hours | Camden
Friday nights are meant for paddle & prosecco. Come join us for a paddle along Regent’s Canal followed by some bubbly at our private patio or roof deck in Camden town. The perfect start to your weekend. Best for: Social SUP seekers. Available April – October
SUP Yoga - 75 Minutes | St Katharine Docks
SUP Yoga is a challenging but accessible class that refines the meaning of flow yoga. You’ll move mindfully, learning about balance and stability in a way that is only possible on a paddleboard. Best for: Adventure yogis and newbies welcome Available April – October
Learn to SUP Lessons - 1:1 or 1:2 Sessions | Camden
These Learn to SUP sessions take place in two parts. First, you’ll have a one hour intro session with lots of land based training and a gentle transition onto the boards. You’ll spend time practicing standing and coming back onto knees as well as steering and what to do if you’re feeling unsteady. Time permitting we’ll take a short paddle into Camden to practice your newly learned skills. The second part of the session is to join a group paddle (1.5 hours) preferably on another day. The intro session can be taken as a 1:1 (£169) or 1:2 (£119 per person). One hour intro sessions are every Tuesday evening and Sunday morning. Best for: nervous beginners, those who like to learn at their own pace. Available throughout the year on request.
Private Lessons - 90 Minutes | Camden or St Katharine Docks
Private lessons can be booked all year round as 1:1s or 1:2s with one of our coaches in Camden or St Katharine Docks. A great way to have the session personalised to your level and what you want to get out of it. Private lessons can also be booked on a day and time that suit your schedule. Best for: Paddlers looking for a personalised experience, either as first timers or to work on technique. Makes a great gift as can be scheduled at your convenience. Available all year round.
